Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Acacia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Acacia cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Acacia is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.


Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers or suppliers.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately and on different dates.

No additional shipping charges will be incurred for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
